Checkmate Coatings

Waiting on client

Client contact: Zach Dade, the new creative on the Comcast side. He came in through Brian.

Done

  • Call with Zach on Sep 21 to walk through scope.
  • Proposals submitted to Zach. Each spot is quoted two ways: Traditional and Full AI.
  • Quoted: Spot 1 at $6,538 Traditional (3D) or $5,261 Full AI. Spot 2 at $8,608 Traditional (2D) or $7,130 Full AI.
  • Estimates follow the Potomac “You’ve Got Voicemail” format and day rates.
Spot 1: ChesterMascot spokesperson over live-action plates
Spot 2: Fully animatedFlat-style spot

Outstanding

  • Follow-up email to Zach asking for any updates is drafted and targeted to send tomorrow, Mon Oct 5, at 9:30 AM.
  • Waiting for Zach to pick a route for each spot.
  • Zach was to send the chest-piece animation file after the call.
  • Full AI route needs location plates and character reference sheets from the client.
  • Voiceover: the client leans toward the British actor who already voices Chester on radio. AI voice would save time.
  • Estimates exclude voiceover, jingle and plate footage. The client provides those.
  • Target launch is October, pending schedules and approvals.

BillyRx (GLP-1)

In progress

Client: EAG. Contact: Willy.

Done

  • Creative campaign idea: The Open Door / La Puerta Abierta. A 28-minute bilingual (English and Spanish) DRTV block built around a :60 commercial.
  • Campaign microsite built for the concept.
  • Quoted for the 28-minute block three ways: Traditional at $60,093, Hybrid at $44,446 and All-AI at $36,086. Gross and net are broken out below.
  • Animated :60, built as 3D motion graphics, all built with Claude. The sample has not been sent to the client. We tested what Claude is now capable of doing with motion graphics.
Price typeTraditionalHybridAll-AI
Grossclient price$60,093$44,446$36,086
Netless 15%$51,079$37,779$30,673

Gross is the price quoted to the client. It includes EAG’s 15% agency fee, spread across the individual line items rather than shown as its own line. Net is the same quote without that fee.

In progress

  • Estimates are sitting in Drive, ready for client review and approval.

Elev8 (Miami Doral)

Waiting on client

Done

  • Went back and forth with the client by text a couple of times.
  • This is the new Miami Doral location, which is still being built. The client sent photos of their Tampa location instead. The two will be much the same, so the photos let us establish the brand world now.
  • Sent a thorough breakdown on how to capture imagery, including props and specific locations, so we can better establish the brand world.
  • Round 2 of the creative concept is submitted. It now includes date night, birthday parties and corporate events.
  • Quoted at $7,500 for six spots (two :30s and four :15s, English and Spanish).
  • Payment terms: 50% on approval, 25% at delivery of the first edit, 25% at final delivery.
  • EAG sent the creative brief to the client by text message for final approval.

Outstanding

  • No word yet from the client on whether it is approved. It is the working creative everything else builds on.
  • Follow-up needed, and it most likely has to come from us: send a text to the group chat tomorrow, Mon Oct 5.

Gramophone

Completed

Client: Comcast. Contact: Brian Averill.

Done

  • Project completed and delivered. The files are linked below.
  • Brian reached out asking about pricing.
  • Sent Brian a full breakdown as a PDF: generation credits used, overages, and what we spent on credits.
  • Told Brian the extra credits come to only $2,000.
  • Also sent a recap of what we learned along the way, our process, and how to refine it.
  • For reference, generation credits for a typical :30 spot run about $800 to $1,200 in hard costs, as of October 2026.

Outstanding

  • Invoice Brian Averill (Comcast) $2,000 for the extra generation credits, plus any outstanding balance from the originally quoted estimate.

Magic City Casino

In progress

In progress

  • Initial creative idea is “I Told You So.”
  • Still a working concept. We are shaping it.
  • Concept microsite is up so you can show a client the idea and concept we are toying with. It is a simplified version compared with the BillyRx and Elev8 sites.
  • It covers the four Miami regulars, four radio and TV spots in Spanish and English, outdoor billboards, and a year-long content calendar.
  • The big one. This could be our largest campaign, potentially six figures or more, if we play our cards right.

Outstanding

  • No quote has been submitted yet for the creative breakdown.
  • The microsite has not gone to the client yet. It covers the idea and concept only.

Mercedes Medical Centers

Needs you

  • Van rental invoice for Neil Nunez is still open. Invoice n24052, $1,800.00.

UM Health (Miami)

Paused

Done

  • Patient-education overview and the AI video walkthrough are built and live.

Outstanding

  • Completely paused. Zero updates from the client.
  • Our read: we probably will not get this one.

Covid Detox

Paused

Through EAG. Contracted scope is a TV commercial spot.

Outstanding

  • In limbo and completely paused. Zero updates.

AI Tech Advancements

New

Three things that have improved recently.

What is new

  • Motion graphics. Claude can now build and edit motion graphics very cleanly. The BillyRx :60 is an example: a 3D-animated commercial built as motion graphics.
  • Voices and music. ElevenLabs made big strides. Voices sound far more realistic, and its music now holds up too.
  • Multi-camera from one take. Seedance 2.5 turns a single generated camera angle into a multi-camera sequence. We used it on the BillyRx All-AI multi-camera sequence.
